Marco Pistore, PhD in Computer Science at the University of Pisa in 1999, is currently Senior Researcher at FBK-IRST (Trento, Italy), where he directs the research unit "Service Oriented Applications". He has more than 90 publications in international journals, conferences, and symposiums, and has been program chair of conferences and workshops in the area of artificial intelligence and of service. He has been local coordinator of various national and European research projects (including the FP7 projects S-Cube, SLA@SOI and ALLOW) and of industrial projects is the areas of SOA and of  e-Government.
